Less Plastic’s acceptance of your order commences when your order is dispatched. At this point the purchase contract starts, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation by email. Your Right To Cancel You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch (normally the same day or next day). Conformity of Goods We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at the time of going online. We aim to send orders out within 48 hours of them being placed, if the item is in stock. UK Deliveries may take up to 5 working days to be delivered. For deliveries outside the UK, we will provide a shipping quote and estimated delivery date via email with instructions of how to make payment.

We will exchange or refund a product as long as it is in a resalable condition with the product packaging intact. Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
